Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Rank Alfa (the "Service"), operated by Rank Alfa ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Rank Alfa provides Etsy keyword research, competitor analysis, listing optimization and related tools. Data is sourced from the official Etsy Open API. Metrics labelled "EST" are estimates computed by us and are provided for informational purposes; we don't guarantee sales results or rankings.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person per account unless you're on a plan that includes team seats.

4. Plans, credits and billing

• Free and paid plans include a daily credit allowance that resets every 24 hours. Unused credits don't roll over.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may apply.
• You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice by email; continued use after the change means you accept it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute data from the Service; use automated means to exceed your plan limits; reverse-engineer the Service; use it to violate Etsy's Terms of Use or any law; or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the Etsy API.

6. Etsy

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. The Service uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy remains subject to Etsy's own terms. If you connect your shop, you authorize us to access the data covered by the permissions you approve; you can revoke this at any time in Settings or in your Etsy account.

7. AI-generated content

Titles, tags and descriptions produced by AI tools are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them, including for trademark, accuracy and policy compliance, before using them on Etsy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and software are owned by Rank Alfa. Content you create with the tools is yours.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@example.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
